Bush Going Senile
This movie is attempting to suggest that Bush might have a condition known as "Pre-senile dementia" because his public speaking skills have shown a marked decline, sentence-by-sentence since he took office as governor 10 years ago.
Requires quicktime, but it well worth the watch.
