Everything that's wrong with Wal-Mart Culture in one photograph

My Friend Don took this picture at the Wal-Mart in my home town. He recently shared it with me and a group of friends for a laugh. Notice that the decal (probably bought at Wal-Mart) states "Your a Moron" not "You're a Moron".

I'm wondering if it the jeep owner's intent to kill us with irony.

Cute, but ineffective; the cart return is immediately in front of the jeep. The jeep is not in the return area. Notice the horizontal bar in the bottom right of the pic. It designates the cart area.

Oh, nowhere did I claim the jeep was blocking the cart return. I'm trying to draw attention to the SUV with a misspelled decal. And one that's facing the wrong way to show up properly in one's rear view mirror.

Walmart culture? And your friend was there too huh?

So do you lump him in that group? And since you're friends with a Walmart culture group are you apart of it too?

I'll file this under "whatever" and move on.

Glad your "friend" was there... Probably only to take the picture and not shop... yeah.. that's it.

@Carter,

Yes, the size of Wal-Mart and its effect are definitely a factor in our culture today. I suppose it could be seen as just the face of "buy it cheap, don't know/don't care where it came from, don't know/don't care who made it" but Wal-Mart's definitely a factor in our culture. It employs 1 out of every 4 people. Of course I know someone who works there. I'm currently in a "small town", so for certain items there is little alternative BUT to shop there.

This photo could also be captioned "What's wrong with America Today" or any numerous other titles. Feel free to suggest one of your own -- I'll take "Whatever" under advisement, but it doesn't strike me as original enough.

I'm sorry if my allegations that Wal-Mart is a sort of magnet for all types of people, including the type we could file under "just plain ignorant" or "unwashed masses". If something like that isn't plain as day to you, then you need to actually go to a Wal-Mart and look around, or tell me what Neighborhood you live in so I can move there.
